They worked with us regarding our preferred site and on the challenging electrical wiring that needed to be run from one end of our house to the other side. This company was recommended to me by my nephew. I've been on the fence about getting a home back up generator for a while. I finally called this company and Jim came out to give me an estimate. He covered everything about the model I'd need, how it worked and I was sold. They had the one in needed in stock and it was installed today. It was a seamless installation. They finished ahead of schedule and went through a thorough explanation of how it works and what to look for. Received a very quick response to our request for an estimate appointment. The owner came out himself and answered all of the questions we had. Job was done within a week and now we are ready for whatever the weather might bring.

When I called Generac to request a rough estimate as to the cost to have a Generac generator installed, I was directed to Trupower. Diane who was very pleasant answered the phone and asked me several questions. She was obviously very knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate based on my answers to her questions. Diane then suggested her husband come to see my home and then he’d be able to give me a definitive quote which he did. I felt it was a very reasonable quote and we arranged an installation date for the following week. Jim and John, his gas man, had my generator installed within 4 hours. They were able to solve a potential unsightly gas line problem by running the line through my pantry and out of sight. Excellent. The generator was installed about 4-5’ from my air conditioner and they look neat and tidy. I was in the market for a new generator with bad storms coming in to town. I called the first Generac dealer on the list and the phone was answered "Well it is the day before the holiday can you call back Monday". Okay Strike 3 I called Trupower Generator Services two minutes later. I had a very good talk with Diane in the office, she explained the product and appointment was immediately made for Monday morning. Jim was very punctual on time and provided detailed quote. He installed next week. Very clean and professional installation. There was extremely good follow up by his office after the sale / installation with warranty and filing for it. I was not left on my own. I wish I would of meet Trupower Generator Services 10 years ago when I bought my first generator which turned out to be a train wreck. I would highly recommend Jim to friends.

When calling for a quote there was no hassle. Gave a excellent price for a complete installation. Arrived as scheduled. Did installation professionally and explained every step. Cleaned up work site.
